Action: (Re)Define Good

Humans tend to think dualistically: good and bad, light and dark, life and death. But there is power to be found in learning to break the duality that binds our way of thinking. Our understanding of good and bad is a perfect place to start.

Creators trust that all works together for good… that bad is the catalyst for good’s existence. Creators expand their perspective of the meaning of good so that they may see it everywhere.

Action:

Take a moment to consider a time when you experienced something bad. With hindsight, practice understanding how your experience contributed good in some way, to you, those around you, the world. Did you learn something? Did you pursue a different and better path? Did your seeming misfortune bring good to someone else?

As often as you can, practice finding good.
